Our take
This is a very basic monitor that shows its age. The 1366x768 resolution is low even for a 19.5-inch screen, making text and icons look blocky. The TN panel has terrible viewing angles, and colors are not vibrant. The advertised 100 million:1 contrast ratio is dynamic contrast, which doesn't help real-world image quality. For $50 used, it's cheap, but you could find better deals on newer displays. I'd only consider this if you need an ultra-budget secondary monitor and don't care about picture quality.
