Our take
I tried the Fire Legend portable monitor for some casual gaming, but the 8ms response time and 60Hz refresh rate aren't great for fast games—I noticed ghosting in FPS titles. The 1080p IPS panel looks decent for movies and documents, though. The 800:1 contrast ratio is mediocre, so blacks look grayish in dark scenes. At $60, it's cheap, but I'd rather pay a bit more for a monitor with better gaming specs. For office work or video watching on the go, it gets the job done.
